Sunflower | Handcrafted Matte Watercolor

Sunflower is a bright, warm matte yellow with wonderful smoothness and mixing ability. Half pan unless otherwise noted.

Ingredients: Pigment, Gum Arabic, Distilled Water, Glycerin, Tupelo Honey, Clove Oil, Ylang Ylang Oil

This high-quality artisan paint recipe was tested with hand-selected pigments for an excellent color result. The gum Arabic binder is hand-prepared with a mixture of clove and ylang-ylang oils—to provide excellent preservation, insect-repellant and a great fragrance! A unique combination of tupelo honey and glycerin was added during the mulling process to ensure the final product is extra smooth.

Depending on the recipe, some pans are refilled and others are only filled once. Each pan is examined and processed with any necessary clean-up and then labeled to present you with the finished product. Each batch takes at least one week to process from start to finish. Some cracking is normal. Please remember that these pans are hand-poured and there are slight variations from batch to batch and pan to pan.
